There was a problem with my order as it was placed right at the beginning of shut downs due to the coronavirus pandemic, the merchant was quick to call and explain it would be a bit before I got my order as the item was in a closed facility due to the shut down. I appreciated them calling me instead of just an email. When I did get the product it was as described and good quality.
