Our products can be returned within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Purple Plum Boutique's part.

The product was purchased in the last 7 days.The product is in its original condition.The product has all original tags. The product is in its original packaging.
Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we received the returned package to process.
