We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we start processing orders daily. If your order is received on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll process your order the very next business day. This ensures your order will be shipped to you in the quickest possible time.

Shipping Your Order
We use United States Postal Service for all our packages whether it be domestic or international.
In the rare event that your order can’t be shipped, we will notify you asap with the email provided.
Tracking your Order
You may track your order inside your account order history page. Click on the order number and you will see a tracking number attached.
All orders will also receive a confirmation email with details to track your order. You’ll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking to be updated.
For international orders, once your order arrives to your country, you can use your tracking number to track it with your local postal service.
If you want to cancel or change your order, for any reason, please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your name and order number.
Purple Plum Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
